Fitness - Our goals!
So we thought we'd share some of our current fitness regimes and also goals that we'd like to achieve. We're mainly looking to tone up (NOT lose weight!) and generally become stronger and fitter and of course looking good! When people ask "How long are you going to keep that up for?!" We always say how it's all about having a healthy lifestyle in the long term and not having to sacrifice things but making better choices for yourself. It's not something we like to see as a "diet" because life is too short to give up things completely! especially things like cake and chocolate! It's all about moderation!
We'll also post our progress to let you know how we're getting on!
Manisha: I want to become fitter and improve my general health! I want to build my endurance and tone my body.
Trish: I want to tone my body in particular arms and core. I'm giving the Insanity beach body workout a go, still early days but I'll keep you up to date with the progress. It's pretty crazy and you can definitely feel it the next day but shows that it's doing something!
